Guava Sour

I went to the Bahamas this summer and fell in love with all the guava everywhere.  I LOVE the smell of guava and absolutely enjoy the color!  So, I wanted to create a NA beverage with my new favorite summer flavor, GUAVA!

Special note in case you guys aren't sure:  aquafaba is the juice from a can of chickpeas.  It is colorless and basically flavorless and when shaken in a drink it creates a foam that is delightful in a sour.  This is a great option to use instead of the egg white if you're vegan or you just want to save your expensive eggs for breakfast!

Enjoy!

Teresa

Add the following to a shaker tin with ice and shake until you can't stand the cold anymore:

1 oz key lime juice

3 oz guava puree

1 3/4 oz aquafaba

Then strain into a fancy glass and enjoy!
